Version Elasticity
A portfolio is not only a selection of one's works, but also illustrating what kind of the person the owner is. Every details tell the stories.
In this project, I designed my own portfolio. I saw myself as a multidisciplinary designer who has diverse interests and skills, and continually renew herself. This characteristic was presented in the format of addable chapters, which are independently bound to the cover. With this format, I could edit the collection of my work with the touch of hand stitching.
Each chapter were separate and could be removed by cutting the thread off, or be added by stitching onto the cover. The stitches on the book spine showed the amount of my works with warm handmade touch.
