After receiving a Master’s degree in Design from HDK-VALAND in Sweden, Ting-Hsuan Chang has developed a multidisciplinary practice that moves fluidly between object design, visual design, art direction, brand consulting, and curatorial work.
Rooted in reflective, material-driven processes, her practice investigates the shifting relationships between objects, materials, and human experience. Through an attentive approach to materiality and making, her work explores how form emerges through time, transformation, and use. She is particularly drawn to materials in flux—those that respond to temperature, gravity, or touch—using fluidity not only as a physical condition, but also as a perceptual and experiential state.
